They were also very quick to provide an estimate, start and finish the work, and the cost - even after a miscommunication on my part stayed on budget. We had a 17 foot foyer and family room which needed the drywall reworked on the walls and ceiling and it was done magnificiently. There was much patching, spackling and sanding that needed to be done and each day William picked up and vacuumed before leaving. They were always punctual and kept the deadline even on a very large project. William is such a good listener and pays attention to details and helps the owner make decisions on what is right for their project. I cannot praise them enough!

Specifics below. Specifics: They regularly showed up around 8:30-9:00, took an hour lunch and left around 3:00-3:30. So, about a 6 hour day of actual work. He tried to charge me for full 8 hour days at $50 per hour per person - at least $200 extra per day. They broke an old shovel on my project. Totally admitted that it was an old shovel used on many jobs. But the logic was that because it broke at my house I had to buy them a new one, so they put a $60 extra charge on my bill. What shovel costs that much anyways? They charged me for an extra valve for the bathtub at $150 - now I have two. The drywall was so poorly done I spent a week fixing it up myself - bubbles and ridges everywhere. The door installation was so bad I had to take it out and redo it myself. And finally, he told me the job would take 5 days. I totally understand that that isn't written in stone, but they didn't finish the job for 5 weeks. All in all, a disaster of an experience that I hope others won't have to endure. Recommend looking elsewhere.
