Hail storm =Home makeover We had a hailstorm in May that damaged both of our vehicles. A few weeks later my friend recommended we get our roof checked out too. All Exteriors did my parents roof a few years ago and they loved the job they did. I didn't think ours would be hail damaged since our roof was just a couple of years old. Boy was I wrong! We had damage to both our shingled roof and metal roof and needed a complete replacement. All Exteriors made this process so easy. Bill, the owner is an extremely experienced roofer who knows his stuff when it comes to insurance jobs. There are some sketchy companies from out of town (and some local) that will over promise and under deliver. Using a company where the owners/management actually have hands-on roofing experience is so crucial when it comes to your home. We could not be more thrilled with what a difference getting our roof redone has made to the appearance of our house. I just bought my first trailer after the first heavy rain I realized I needed a new roof I had lot of people come give me estimates and Finally went with all exteriors they have a warranty on the work and on the shingles... I wish I had a before picture the roof before it was missing a whole layer of shingles!! I have three property inspections and a city inspector review the work this company performed. It was all done incorrectly including the roof. Estimates from other contractors to redo the work has totaled 60k. I have now received letter from his attorney asking for more money when I have paid him over 20k plus materials. I am stating factual statements and have thousands of pictures and testimony from expert licensed inspectors. Bill is a great talker and very personable. I am not an expert in roofing and I am so glad I had his work inspected. Now to of received something from his attorney asking for more money and to not tell anyone publicly is a disservice to all consumers. read more

We recently purchased our home, and one item in the inspection report was to have a specific vent inspected by a licensed roofer. The report stated that the vent was letting in sunlight, so it most likely needed replaced. Bill fit us into his schedule for early the next day, and after inspecting our roof, informed us that the vent in question was functioning as designed and there was no need for repair or replacement. We had no knowledge of the state of the vent and he could have easily made unnecessary repairs, but instead he was honest and didn't even request payment for his time. I had a fascia become partially detached from the roof on a windy day. The sound of the loose piece wrapping against the roof was as unpleasant at you could imagine. Flash forward to the next day and Mike showed up, ambled up on the roof (during mild winds) and cut the offending piece loose. As promised, he returned a day or so later with the replacement piece. While not a perfect match, it felt good to know that Mike put forth the effort to get it as close as he could. We'll be calling these folks again. read more

Recently we had our roof replaced. Our situation wasn't typical since our home was originally built in 1920. Bill was great from the beginning. He showed up when he advised he would, went through all our options with us and answered a ton of questions. His team showed up when they were supposed to and even worked though the entire weekend (with our permission) to get our roof done.
