I will have one of my associates call you. I gave him my name and number. I could tell he didn't write it down. Today in Thursday August 8th. No return call. If this is the way you treat your costumers before you get there money I cannot imagine how you treat them after the job and payment. No thanks Tiger Roofing Inc. Moving to my next estimate.

I had a metal roof installed in 2018. I had on-going problems with it until the pandemic hit…read more After the pandemic I couldn't find that roofer and a handyman seemed to fix the problems. Unfortunately, the leaks started again this March. I got estimates and Kyle seemed to make the most sense. He showed me pictures and explained carefully how the metal roof was bad and that installation caused damage to the siding. I got financing through him and signed contracts. His contract included getting the permits and a GAF warranty on the roofing materials! A week or so later he and his crew were here to install a newer roof. He found what was causing the problems and made the corrections needed. Even when I disagreed with Kyle about 2 of 3 skylights, he found me a solution. Then, they came back and installed new siding. There were days of banging and shaking during the installations, but the results are gorgeous! Take pictures before the work is done so everything can be put back where you had it. He and his crew were considerate, patient, and very professional! Hopefully, I now have a secure home without moisture building up and a roof that will not leak for at least 10 years! So we had a leak in the roof the next morning we started calling roofers and Superior was the first to answer the phone. Bill came over and looked at the roof and told us we needed a new roof, we told home to give us a price and we would send it to the insurance. I contacted the insurance company they sent a guy out he went up on the roof and did his thing said he would write up his report and get back to us. Later that afternoon we received a call and insurance was paying for the roof there was lots of wind damage. We called bill and he came over we signed a contract, it was over a week before he started he called said a crew would be here in the am to put the new roof on. The next morning they were here at 0730 placed tarps around the whole house then tore all the old shingles and paper off replaced with new synthetic underlayment and Lifetime shingle. At 1830 they were finished with the roof they came back the next morning to clean up. Hopefully they got most all the nails out of the yard. They did have to take the dish off the roof after taking the single off and then a few minutes after they put it they replaced it I had the same signal I thought I was going to have to have the dish people come and realign it but all was good. I called Chris because I'd gotten screwed by another roofer and needed my leaky roof fixed. Chris came on the scheduled day on time and ready to give his estimate. He recommended a full roof replacement and gave a fair price for the job. He said two days were needed for the job. His crew arrived on time and got right to work. Chris let me know I was welcome to set up camp on the roof and watch them work. I came up on the roof several times and asked many questions each time. He took me to each part of the roof to explain what was being done. Exactly two days later I had a roof im very proud of. So proud that I've given up my man cave and claimed the roof as my new hang out spot! It's beautiful, plus I feel a sense of security knowing that I don't have to worry about my property being damaged by water running from the roof. Calling Chris was a good investment in my property. Even though I was also a contractor (we are naturally competitive and love to talk smack on other contractors) I found he was very knowledgeable, logical, reasonable, and very approachable. His guys were friendly and thoughtful, the job site was left tidy and there was zero damage to any surrounding area. Bonus points for managing the project in such a way that a big storm mid-roofing didn't cause a leak. Also, the work looks great! I highly recommend him. Especially if you are in the historic area.

I rented a property from this company in 2021 on a one year lease. I paid the security deposit. and…read morerent of $650.00. After one year (In October 2022), they tried to raise my rent based on water usage. The excess usage was being caused by a malfunctioning toilet tank flap, which the landlord replaced previously ion 2022. Since this fixed the excess water usage, I did not sign a new lease with an increased rent, obviously they did this ONLY to recover their money and not because of any water usage I was doing. My water usage was one toilet and one deep sink. After I lost my job and moved out in February 2024, Mr. Spears told me he he was keeping the security deposit because I refused to sign the increased rent lease back in 2022. I told him that I have been a landlord for over 20 years and this was blatantly illegal. I am filing a complaint with the state attorney general for theft. I am also reporting this crime to the local Cambridge Police. This is a dishonest company run by a dishonest person.

Since I'm not familiar with painting or wall repair, I asked my boyfriend--who has 25 years of construction experience--to speak with him about the scope and cost. My boyfriend, who is currently stationed overseas, was able to negotiate the price down to $1,800. Bill claimed that $600 of that was just for materials. Given that cost, I expected the walls to be properly prepped, primed with drywall primer, and imperfections repaired. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. While I appreciate that his team removed the old shelving, they left the hose mount on the wall and got paint on the door frame. They also failed to leave me the extra paint I had paid for, which I needed to address missed spots and repairs. I reached out to Bill via text three times. He initially said he would bring the extra paint but then stopped responding. I ultimately had to take a piece of damaged wall to Sherwin-Williams to get a color match and fix it myself. To make matters worse, when I expressed my concerns and asked him to speak with my boyfriend directly, he was dismissive and unprofessional. I've since had other painters look at the job, and they agreed I was overcharged for the quality of work delivered. Lesson learned: If you decide to hire this company, make sure you're either knowledgeable about painting or have someone experienced with you to avoid being taken advantage of--especially when it comes to labor and material costs.
