I took my Big Dog motorcycle in last year to have carb work done and an oil leak fixed. He did the carburetor but when I went to pick up the bike I noticed an oil puddle under it. When I asked about the oil leak he said "its probably a primary cover bolt that went too far through and is leaking in the back, just put some thing in there to plug it up". I told him "no, i brought it in for you to fix the oil leak. can you please take it back and fix it?" After fixing the oil leak my bike had electrical issues and wouldnt start. Unfortunately I had to have him fix that too. 3 Jobs done, zero calls upon completion. I had to call him sporadically to get a condescending "were still workin on it" then when its ready and call I get a "its been ready for almost a week now" resulting in my bike being at the shop for over a month. When I finally got the bike back there were over 10 new scratches on my tailpipes, engine, and forks. Randy denied any involvement. After bringing the bike in and showing him the multitude of scratches I got him to agree to detail my bike so a potential buyer might not see the scratches as well.
