Over two years, a couple of neighbors commissioned their 'services'. And while working for them, "Trim All Tree Service" broke something on my property. Twice. And when my property got broken, they didn't come to knock on my door to notify me. I witnessed one "accident" (and waited ... ) and a neighbor reported the other "accident". In neither case did "Trim All Tree Service" voluntarily come to me as an act of integrity. They only "owned up" after they were caught. Worse, my idea of a fix or repair wasn't their idea. In both cases, "their" fix managed to push resolution back on me. In one of the two events, I told them I wanted my broken property back; that it wasn't their property to take. They did not return it as I asked. They said they would but did not. Perhaps it was because none of them spoke English, or more likely that's just how they do things. Not much point mentioning how they freely used yet another neighbor's property to perform their work, without permission. My observations concern only what they did and how they did it. To summarize: "Trim All Tree Services" was destructive to my property on two occasions. They did not adequately remedy their carelessness. Their attitude afterwards lacked meaningful integrity. Overall, I characterize their actions and behavior as "sloppy", "duplicitous" and "damaging". Should this company be the last remaining tree cutting company in South Carolina, I would not engage them under any circumstances whatsoever.

Just two guys arguing about how to handle the Christmas trees. Neither asked me if I needed help. I went looking for someone to help me, and found a cat. Eventually a woman appeared. Their selection of wreaths was very skimpy. I got two plain wreaths and was shocked they were $20 since they were nothing but branches on a cheap wire frame. I paid another $10 for a bow to attach. They had no kissing balls at all. My wreaths started to turn brown before Christmas even arrived. Very disappointed as I was trying to shop local/shop small business. I'll just go to Lowes next year for better selection and price.

We hired them to remove several large trees, some smaller trees, to grind the stumps, and to clean up afterwards. They worked at our home for two days -- HOWEVER, they did NOT complete the work they had agreed to do. When we paid "Squirrel" (Mr. Richard Simmons), he saw there was still some work left to be done for the job to be completed. When I mentioned this to him, he said, "don't worry, we'll be back and make it right." However, they have not been back. The work was done in October 2022, and it is now May 2023. During this period, we have spoken with "Squirrel" several times regarding coming back to finish. Each time, he said they were just discussing us and would be out the following day to look things over to see what needed to be done so they could "make things right". However, "the following days", came and went. Now, when we call, he does not answer his cell phone (864-221-5133) or the company phone (864-634-6612). When he was paid (in full - which I should not have done), he said, several times, "we will be back and make things right." He seemed like a man of his word. Now, we are having to hire another company to finish what should have been done by Simmons Tree Services. We thought they were a reputable company and would do a good job, as they did work in our neighbor's yard, and we were very impressed with their work -- especially the clean up afterwards. We had a LOT of work done (for a lot of money). They did clean up some as they went along, but there was still much left undone and a lot of clean up needed. So -be warned - use another company if you want tree work done -- there are many good ones out there!
