I had spoken to 1 sales rep and after I told him what I got he transferred me to another sales rep. The issue wasn't him trying to hustle me, the issue was he "acted offended" after I called him out for talking bad about other sales reps at another location. And then he tried saying he was offended that I said "Mexican" when I AM Mexican. Back to the hustle part, they were trying to sell me the same car Honda H-RV from 2015 for 15k with over 100k miles. When Florida offered 17k and no shipping cost. He got more focused and angry w/ me and started arguing why I acted "offended" and I was clear I'm not offended it's the fact that you say sales reps are liars but I could say the same to you. That's what really set him off. He couldn't handle the taste of his own medicine. Never will I answer their calls again. I bought a pickup at Cheaps Chevrolet and almost 3 months after I still haven't received my title. Called them numerous times and all I get is it's not our problem. Would not recommend this dealer at all if you are out of state and thinking of buying here. They charge you documentation fee and you still have to deal with handling paperwork yourself. read more

I had a wonderful experience at Cheap Chevrolet dealership. I saw a used 2012 Tahoe on their website and called about it. Emily went out of her way to find the answers to my questions. We met Darrin when we walked in the office. Darrin could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We drove the car and made an off $1000 under asking, they counted with $700 under asking price. Were finished in under 2 hours even with financing some of it. We had not had lunch and asked Darrin for recommendations while we were waiting for the final clean up for delivery. He recommended a winery/restaurant up the road, not only did I have the best burger I have ever had, while we were waiting for our food Darrin walks in with the keys and left the car for me sitting outside. I live in Indianapolis Indiana and had been looking for a specific car (Chevy Equinox LTZ). I found what I wanted at Cheap Chevrolet in Flemingsburg KY. It was quite a drive but the price was really worth the trip. The salesperson called me 4 times to ensure I was coming to purchase the unit. He promised me the price was good along with a full tank of gas and a clean truck upon my arrival. I was so excited to finally arrive after a 3 hour journey only to receive the worst treatment of my car purchasing experience. The salesman I spoke with was off this day (as he indicated he would be) and I had to speak with someone new. IT went down hill from this point quickly. The suv was not only dirty when I arrived but it no gas. I explained that those two requests were expected. Next I noticed the unit had no oil in the motor and the back tail lights were out on the left rear. I pointed out these flaws and was told that at this price the lot could not make an more repairs!!! I was shocked and asked to speak to the manager. After having me walk across the street to this office, I had to wait outside his office for 35 minutes. The manager sent his staff out to say he was busy and that he would address my issues shortly. After sometime the finance manager (who was talking to the workers about his after work activities as if no one was waiting) finally invited me back to his office to finalize my purchase. I stated I was a cash customer but he insisted on needing my social security number. I inquired as to the reason, and he stated "No one has ever asked that before and it speeds up the process". I gave him the information as I goggled why he would need my SS#. He apparently wanted to try and make money off me by financing me from his people. I asked about my issues and he had his team fix them and said he really should charge me extra. He asked if I wanted to take a picture of my new purchase. I laughed out loud at this silly question. I was finally ready to leave and that's when we realized they couldn't find the extra key that the tech had just drove the car to the front with. It had accidently fell in the trash can. I can honestly say I love the suv, but their customer service in this small town is terrible and I am being very nice! I would not return to purchase another car from this place if they had buy 1 get three free! I placed a deposit for the order of a 2021 Chevrolet Corvette in the amount of $2500 on 1/6/21 with Cheap Chevrolet. This deposit was placed on the pretense that my order would placed for their February allocation of corvettes. This is now not the case and I was told my order would not be placed in February and I have no evidence to support that my order will ever be placed. Cheap Chevrolet will not offer a refund for the deposit I placed for the purchase of a 2021 Chevrolet Corvette. read more

Very unprofessional sales team. They proved not to care about an appointment that was set up to drive 1.5 hours to purchase a truck. The transaction was done via text/email due to holidays and distance from dealership. She,Rachel, claims my asking for a few more dollars on my unseen trade was showing her I wasn't serious in purchasing the truck. I was driving a far distance after Thanksgiving, Friday, to make the purchase and within a few hours of setting up the date to come in, she texted to say the truck was sold to another customer who was coming in the same day I was scheduled for. She failed to mention the money to hold the truck, I would've put down money to secure the truck. I sent a letter to the owner of the dealership and he never called or responded back to me. I received a call from the sales person over a month later, but was walking into a COVID test and asked her to call me back in an hour, heard nothing. I will never go to this dealership again. I will not refer them to anyone. The salesman don't care about the quality of car and will sell you anything so they can make a buck. I purchased a vehicle due to them saying it was in perfect condition and all is good with it and everything worked fine. I paid for it and then it wouldn't start on the lot! They put a new starter or battery in and it worked. So I thought okay a fluke. Then I get a code and had to put new parts in for it. Then get warmer weather and discover they never checked the AC. I contacted them and they told me to bring it in, so I did and they then tell me they can't help me, that I need to take it to a better and brand name dealership to get it fixed and tried charging me for telling me nothing. I refused to pay them and as time goes on more and more go wrong with the car. So both service and sales is horrible.... read more

Just purchased a 2016 Chevy truck from this dealer and it had many issues. One issue was the tank on it would not fill and after looking up this issue online and taking to a chevy dealership near my house, 2 hours away I was told that in that year there was an issue with the tank. The tank needed to be replaced to fill. I contacted the dealership the next day and there is nothing they could do for me and they would charge me to put a new tank in, just like any other dealer would. Also, they told me that if they would of put a new tank in then they would of had to charge more for the truck. They did or did not know about problem? I paid $31,000 for this truck and if it had the right inspection then why would I have this problem plus the horn did not work and a light was out I the dash.
