Not only did the folks at Express Oil get the car in quickly and repaired the mud-flaps, they didn't charge me even though they spent 15-20 minutes fixing the problem. I normally am reluctant to take my vehicle to big-chain tire stores as I've been gouged more than once. But the service I received last week not only got me back on the road quickly, it restored some of my faith in corporate franchises. It's the people that run the stores that make the difference.

Because we had a solid agreement, I gave them permission to run a credit check to finalize everything, and the finance manager, Sandy, assured me they would make the deal work. The very next day, I received a text claiming they had tried to reach me (which they absolutely did not--no missed calls or voicemails) and that the vehicle we had literally just agreed upon had already been sold out from under me. It is completely unacceptable to ding a customer's credit score when you have no intention of honoring your word or holding the vehicle. Total lack of integrity and communication from Sheldon, Sandy, and the rest of the team. Save your credit history and your time, and take your business to a dealership that operates with basic honesty.
