Bruce called me back and his demeanor changed he was rude and dismissive his exact words were " you asked for an estimate and that's what you got. i don't get into a pissing match with the insurance companies so i gave you want you wanted so good luck". seriously they quoted me for an $18,000+ job and he was just going to walk away from it all because he didn't want to do his job of writing some additional information for the insurance company.
