I drove all the way to Norwalk to buy new coils for my vape and I had a terrible experience. I shop there quite a bit, but I can tell you I will never step foot in this store again. As soon as I walked through the door, Venus started yelling at me because I had my 7 year old daughter with. She yelled saying I could not bring her in, it's a new rule because all the tobacco is on the floor, and there's a sign on the door. She was pointing to the door for me leave and I couldn't believe her tone and how rude she was. First of all, there are like 10 signs on the door. The sun was bright and I didn't even see the signs. Second, its illegal to sell to kids under the age of 18, not kick them out of the store when they are accompanied by an adult. Even her customers were pretty stunned by the way she talked to me. As soon as I got my little girl in the car, she starting balling because she thought she did something wrong. That upset me. I have many friends that shop there (they actually told me about this place) and I guarantee they will no longer be back as well. Something better be done about this employee and her lack of customer service or I will go to corporate! read more
