I used Lewis Crafton five years ago to replace my septic pump and he did a fantastic job for a fair price. When I saw some issues with one of my lines recently, I had to call another company because Crafton was busy. The other company came out and shut the line off and I didn't see him again, for the next year. I wanted to close out the permit so I called the company who started the job, and he would not commit to a day, or even a week. So, I called Lewis Crafton again and he was over the next day, assessed the issue with the county inspector, and the day after the job was completed. It was a fairly major repair with two lines having to be replaced. They worked non-stop and caused minimal damage to my yard with their heavy equipment. I hope I never need septic work again, but if I do, I will only call Lewis Crafton.

They used my handsoap to try to clean up the dirty counter and left black stains on the walls near the banister. After they left, I realized that one of the faucets they fixed was still leaking. I asked for a different plumber to come out. He seemed more capable but I didn't realized too late that he still didn't fix the job, in fact he created a leak which I was unaware of until it was too late and consequently the floor of the cabinet was damaged. The third time out the plumber said it could not be fixed without replacing the faucet. This meant I had to replace two faucets because there is a double vanity. Three weeks ago I was promised that they would send someone out to fix the cabinet and have heard absolutely nothing. Since that time I purchased two new faucets and had Brentwood Star Plumbing out to install them. It was worth paying for again. The service between these two companies is like night and day! This was initially a simple cartridge replacement that ended up costing hundreds of dollars and alot of stress. Long story short our builder did a terrible job and our drainage needed to be completely redone. Sean and his team were great to with from start to finish. The last employee finally left at 7:15. The floors are stickier then when they got there. There is a chemical film over everything. We still have dust on our doors. We paid them to clean the windows and guess what they weren't cleaned. The Boss Sandy wasn't there most of the day and our house wasn't even half cleaned. On top of that one of the employees pulled us aside and told us that two of the employees at our house were strung out. So needless to say this is an awful business and I suggest not hiring them for your needs.
