I was out of town on business, and my wife contacted me to let me know our existing 50-gallon storage tank water heater was leaking in the basement. I searched Yelp for plumbers in the Nashville area and Jance responded within 5 minutes of my inquiry. We spoke on the phone about the issue and he gave me a few options, but suggested he come by the house to take a look to give me a firm quote. We wanted to keep a storage tank water heater but relocate it to a different area in the basement. I appreciated that Jance was knowledgeable with the codes to let us know the new location would not meet code for clearances, but if we wanted to use that spot a tankless water heater could be used. I did not feel like he was "upselling" to a tankless, but he provided it as an option. We decided to go with the tankless for the space reduction/location and Jance got started on the work immediately. He worked until almost 7:00PM that night and was back the next morning to finish the job. Since I was not in town, my wife was the on-site POC and he said that Jance was very pleasant and helpful through the entire process.
