She was very nice and actually went the extra step to call my employer and verify the check since I am a new customer. Having received terrible service from the check cashing across the street at Express Check Cashing, I was so happy that the Check Cash Depot employee was kind and understanding that I needed my paycheck cashed so she helped me a lot. I will be recommending this location to anyone I can and will be a loyal customer here in the future!

After a whole day of attempting to get my money from MoneyGram and being told their systems were…read moredown all day. I finally was told 7 hours later that it would be 24 hours before it's fixed. As upset as I was and after coming back to Ace what felt like a hundred times, Shaylin was patient and helpful. She called MoneyGram and kept checking the system every time i returned. I still haven't gotten my MoneyGram yet but it was manageable with knowing that Shaylin was helping try to resolve the situation. I have to go back tomorrow and pray that MoneyGram has their system together. I don't have a voice now from hollering at them about them holding my money up. Hope Shaylin is there, and I hope I can get my money and be out within 7 minutes not 7 hours.

After minutes of confusion we started writing notes snd she basically told me I don't have an account there and I let her know I would like to make one after watching multiple other Spanish speaking people EFFORTLESSLY get service. Eventually the lady who was supposed to assist us went and grabbed a guy that was working at another area selling lotions and perfumes to comes translate. All he basically said was that she can't help us because she can't and she can't cash our check because she won't. The only reasoning was a check was over 2 weeks old but I had another check that was only 2 days old as well but she refused to give us service regardless. None of the workers speak a lick of English. I would not trust them with any of my information as far as ID/passport or the needed Social security information.
