Started an international money transfer here in Dec 2018. Computer glitch, and hundreds of dollars are somehow frozen -- we can't get a refund, recipient can't access cash. Check City says call Western Union to resolve. We call Western Union, they say go back to Check City. At Check City, they tell us to call Western Union ... notice a pattern?
