Today, I visited the Check Into Cash location, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience due to the employee's unprofessional and dismissive attitude. From the moment I approached the counter to apply for a loan, it was clear she was unwilling to provide helpful service. I presented all the required documentation, including my HR contact number. I work for a large financial institution and provided the appropriate HR number initially. The employee claimed she could not use it, so I gave her an alternative number. She made a very brief call--no more than 20 seconds--and then stated that they didn't recognize me as an employee and claimed I did not work there. This was false. Given the size of my employer, the system requires an employee ID number to verify employment through the automated system--something she never even asked for. It became clear she was not interested in assisting me and made little to no effort to properly verify my information. I will not return to this location and plan to escalate this issue further. For anyone facing a financial emergency, I strongly advise avoiding this branch due to the lack of professionalism and inadequate customer service. read more

This place is filled with crooks. I had an issue with a money order and they reassured me that they would cash it. I get there and they had me give all my personal info, sign the m.o, write some strange statement on the back of it then after all that, said they couldn't cash it. First reason was the m.o. was written on...... REALLY!!!! Then they said the system rejected it and they couldn't tell me why. The m.o was purchased at this location. The person who bought it was willing to come with the receipt and stub to show them and they said she couldn't get a refund either. I have tried to take the m.o. to other places. No one will touch it.... especially now that I have signed it, and scratched the stupid statement off. BTW this is a Western Union m.o and it is completely useless. This place just basically stole our money. This place is a scam, I can't imagine how much money they are making off people. Don't do any type of business with them. read more
