I got the whole run down of the credit card I qualified for blah blah blah. I said NO I DO NOT WANT IT. I already have credit cards and I do NOT need another one. Well, today, I look online and I have a mysterious charge for a credit card on my online account. Turns out that if you go to an ATM and hit "fast cash" and you have a credit card with the bank, it comes out of you credit card. Now most normal people do not use their CREDIT CARD at the ATM they use a CHECK CARD because they believe that the money is coming out of a CHECKING ACCOUNT. I got an extra $10 fee for using this feature I didnt know I had. Planning on getting a new bank, I'm extremely disappointed. Thank goodness their customer service on the phone is so good. They removed the charge and promptly closed the account that I never opened in the first place. Stay away, they seem friendly here but its a hoax. According to US bank customer service themselves, these bankers in the branches get extra money from the commission of you signing up for a credit card (or apparently just sign you up on their own).

One of the biggest things I like is they will call you for every little thing about your account to make sure it's you swiping your card and not someone else. They have also save me from over Draft a few times by calling and giving me the heads up and I was able to make a deposit to avoid the over draft fee. He offered to schedule me for a 3:00 PM appointment, which I accepted and provided my phone number for. I returned a few minutes before 3:00 PM for my scheduled appointment. At that time, one banker appeared available while the other was meeting with a client. The lobby representative first approached an employee who was preparing to leave for the day and then spoke with the banker who was still assisting a customer. Before confirming whether my documents could be notarized, the lobby representative requested and reviewed my personal court-related documents. He then passed them to the banker, who briefly reviewed them while seated on the customer side of her desk with another client present nearby. This exposed the nature of my personal documents to multiple individuals before I was even brought into a private setting. I was then informed that the notarization could not be completed until 3:30 PM, despite having a 3:00 PM appointment, so I chose to leave. My primary concern is not the wait time but the handling of my personal documents. I felt uncomfortable that private court paperwork was reviewed and visible to multiple people in a public area before any discussion regarding privacy or confidentiality. I believe customers should be afforded greater discretion when presenting sensitive personal documents. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience and privacy practices at this branch.

This is the first time I walked into a PNC Bank and they wanted to charge me for a check. I needed…read morethe check for direct deposit at work. Mind you, my account is a virtual wallet account and it doesn't come with checks. It's supposed to be environmentally friendly so I wouldn't get checks. I get charged if I use the banker to deposit money, too. That's why I was surprised that they were going to charge me for a check when I couldn't even get free checks since the start of my account. This is also the first time that I walked in and the personal bankers were all full and the front desk told me that each banker would be at least an hour wait. It's like they didn't even want me to be there or want my business. The parking lot was soo full, too. Everyone was driving in and I was backing out of my spot which was near the parking lot entrance, all the cars kept driving and wouldn't stop. I swear, someone could have hit me.
