I walked up to the window and the lady just said "Hi" and I handed her my ID and told her my confirmation code. She made a copy of my ID, gave me my receipt, counted out my cash and handed it to me. And without another word, she walked off and into another room. Seriously, she just walked away without saying anything! I waited for maybe a minute thinking she went for my ID. I couldn't really see anything behind the glass partition. I had to get another lady's attention to get my ID back. I told her what happened and she sincerely apologized. She didn't seem shocked that it happened buy she seemed upset that it happened. If you hate your job fine, but don't take it out on the customers. If you're having a bad day, I understand, I have moods too but I treat my customers with respect. No need to be rude!

Then, after I mentioned I was a local business owner and a patron of that location UFCU for 20+ years he smirked and laughed at me. I cursed him out and asked for my money back, stating I was going to go to another bank. BUT he refused to return my money. Instead, the screen went black in the drive thru, and his manager got on and refused to give me back my money until I told him what happened. I did, and then, he tried to suggest a different situation happened, to cover up for the inappropriate attitude and behavior of UFCU refusing to let me deposit money into my own bank account. When I didn't go along, and restated, as I've typed what actually happened he got irritated and tried to get me to reword my complaint again to match his version not reality. At this point I brought my smart phone up into the air, and in his line of sight from the bank camera, and stated, "I'm going to start recording this conversation if you don't give me back my money, and I'm going to take this recording to the branch manager above you." Without empathy, without intelligence and just rudeness, he hung up, black screen on the drive thru window, and finally I got my money back that I went to another bank, and deposited easily without this drama and petty bs.
