I went in to cash my check my the store manager it was @4 pm on Friday 3 weeks ago she had told me…read morethe account is free and I'll receive my permanent card in the mail. Mind you she didn't explain the bank account all she said it was free. Now im being charged for the bank account every month when i already set up direct deposit which i found out today they shouldn't be charging me if i already set it up. Then i had to go back to the store and tell them they sent the permanent card to my old address in California. When i specifically told her that i live here now!!!! Now i cant cash my checks on the app so i have to be charged 5% for my other checks. Absolutely worst service and worst store manager later. Cant believe i have to pay 5% when it was her mess up!!!
