Mind you she didn't explain the bank account all she said it was free. Now im being charged for the bank account every month when i already set up direct deposit which i found out today they shouldn't be charging me if i already set it up. Then i had to go back to the store and tell them they sent the permanent card to my old address in California. When i specifically told her that i live here now!!!! Now i cant cash my checks on the app so i have to be charged 5% for my other checks. Absolutely worst service and worst store manager later. Cant believe i have to pay 5% when it was her mess up!!!
