In 2016 I received a letter from that IRS that I was being audited. I immediately contacted Jay who I had found through some online research. I was very impressed with his experience in dealing with IRS audits. When I spoke to him over the phone he had a genuine willingness to help and made me feel more comfortable about the process. In addition he was very straight forward and set my expectations appropriately.
