The floors and surfaces and glass were all immaculate, and the place was very well lit. The cashier was very courteous, and did a great job of explaining all of the rules related to buying a prepaid card. Who knew that I would have to provide an I'D and social security number? Apparently, those cards are used for nefarious activities - but I digress... The service was excellent, and I felt confident that I knew how everything worked. Also, that location is open 24 hours, which was another surprise to me. All in all, it was a good experience, and I recommend this location.

The ladies behind the counter however were so nice! They continuously talked to me throughout the whole process and were so friendly that I almost forgot why I was there. Before I knew it they had me out the door with the exact amount of money I needed. They were very reassuring about the whole thing and said if I had any problems to come back and see them. I now have that loan paid off and out of the hundreds I borrowed only had to pay $45 in interest and that's with my terrible credit! The problem was my backrent was due NOW or I would have been evicted. My credit is terrible right now so banks were out. I just needed to make it to payday, which fell after my rent deadline. They're the only ones that DOESN'T check credit score or employment like other companies advertise (looking at you ACE), just steady source of income and an active bank account. I think they require more info if you do it online. Some companies require you to be at a job for 3 or more months but what about the people who are newly employed with a better, higher paying job but is between paydays? I paid my loan off IN FULL a few days later as I promised when I got paid. Go here, people! One thing I didn't like is they make you put references down with the in-store application. I don't think they check them because I just made up some names and numbers and had no problems.

I was referred and received a small loan and made early payments, no overdue payments just one or…read moretwo days late at the most. I paid off almost all with less that half the last payment left 2 months. When I requested to refinance each time I was told the make the next payment then the refinance would be possible. It was not granted supposedly due to the late payments even though the payments was late just a few days. The payments made early or payments made before the due date should be more important than the payments that was a few days late. I owe less than half of my last payment and I will not continue any further business with this company or bother referring anyone who may need assistance. There is only 3 women at this location who all call customers requesting payments on the same days or daily even though customers have expressed concerns about these calls not being received on work numbers, or messages not being noted to refrain from several calls from all 3 each day. The initial payments is with high interest and I paid it before it was due. I'm glad I made the early payments because my credit score has gone up and finishing it this month will add a few more points to my credit score so closing it afterwards will be a benefit. There is no online payment option. It's not open later than 6:30 pm or on weekends. So payments due on weekends will be late but still will be counted as a late payment. If you work and CANNOT receive personal calls, they still will call.
