He is the sweetest, nicest man who would never complain (much less write a review) and so she just bypassed him, looked over him, and made him feel less than human for hours...That's just not right and people who treat others like that should do humanity a favor and STOP taking customer service jobs. Destiny called to verify our company information after the contractor went in, which we did, but then waited another 75min before having her supervisor call to verify the same information... I finally stepped in when I realized on the 2nd call that he was still sitting there and being taken through the ringer. I voluntarily emailed all our corporate filing info to the ACE Cash executive that I asked to be connected with. The executive quickly reviewed and cleared the check to cash, but then it was back to Destiny... When I called to confirm if she had everything she needed to cash the check, she said she was "working on it". When I asked if she could call me to confirm the check was cashed, she said "No - I will not!" I've literally never seen anything like it. So I had to keep calling back to get a confirmation...a full hour after the executive had cleared the check (and after being hung up on 3 times, put on extended holds 4 times), she finally confirmed she had cashed it so that he could leave... ACE Cash really needs to evaluate the kind of people they are hiring and how they treat their customers. Just because someone cannot speak English well is not a reason to put them to the back of the line or ignore their requests. I'm almost positive that is considered not just rude, but discrimination. I hope this post will shed some light on the poor treatment of people and discriminatory behavior so that others like my contractor do not have to be subjected to the same kind of humiliation. As for us, we will never again come to this place and actively share this story and encourage others not to be similarly mistreated. I'm still a bit in disbelief at the treatment this man paid for...

I had the worst customer service!!! I went there to exchange a check and the lady gave me a $20…read moredollar fee to exchange it. She then gave me a balance of $15,$10, and finally a balance of $7.50 . I first, thought it was so weird since it wasn't an exact amount to exchange the check. I politely asked the lady to hand me back the check since I didn't want to pay that amount, she REFUSED to give it back to me and call her manager. My mom came in to talk to her , so she could give me back my check and she told her to get out of the store since she had no business doing there!!! This was such an awful situation and unprofessional attitude from her. I just think it's an insane amount of time of waiting there for 2 hours of just getting a check exchanged. I think this lady should get investigated, because all of the different amounts she was giving me was not reasonable. Again, I will not be returning to this location ever again and I won't be recommending this location to anyone!
