On at least three different occasions, I've been given incorrect information, either about the balance due on my LOC, the available balance in my checking account, or the transaction history in general. It's like no one there knows how to read what's displayed on their own system. It's only when I asked for a printout and pointed out inconsistencies that one of the bankers finally did some research and figured it out. It doesn't help that every time I walk in the door there are brand new faces working. I'm not clear idle they can't retain staff or rotate them so frequently. I've also never seen a branch manager on site in over a dozen visits. When I asked to speak to one when given incorrect information for the FOURTH time, I was told she was at a different branch and they'd have her give me a call in about a day.
