Then called a few days later to follow up and the woman I got, Chamberlain, was rude from the git-go. Interrupted constantly - in a very caustic manner, I could barely explain why I was calling. She was instantly a "no - can't be done" person rather than I'll see what I can do to help. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have had at BOK. I requested to speak with a manager, and a "Tim", got on the phone. He had little to say, which is fine. I suggested he pull the call recording and review it, but I doubt that happens. I train customer service and have for over 13 years, and believe me, interrupting, not listening and doing your best to offer to assist rather than to abruptly say no at every turn is not service. This person needs training.
