Quest has a great group of trainers and coaches, recently added is Fabiano Scherner and he has began to teach Gi BJJ. Quest currently has almost 400 members, and a good number of them are excellent training partners with a good amount of experience, which is great for getting better... or just beet up. To the other yelper who reviewed this gym; Yes there are some other great gyms out there, and it looks like maybe you should find one because the Rear-naked choke in your picture is quite sloppy. (i am just joking... calm down) Bottom line is that Quest id a great place to train MMA, good coaches, good gym schedule and good members, i just wish it was closer to my house.

They have a $22 fee for two weeks pass as of jan 2023... you can sign up for as little as one month with no sign-up fees, and nothing about that!!! You just need to give two weeks notice to cancel so basically the minimum you can pay is $44 for a month! I'd say it's well worth it if you didn't have to pay for the damn kids to come with you! They have a small weightlifting session and yoga classes very easily. You could make this a gym if your main intention was to be healthy and have fun. Come and give it a shot. Need more unique business is like this opening up in our area.

After a few weeks he began swimming independently, his confidence and comfort in the water has grown immensely. Can't say enough good things! We will be enrolling our daughter as well. We originally started lessons after a recommendation from a friend who's two children also thrived with Coach Cameron.
