I went in to use change machine. I put the money in but it did not start to count. Employee was…read moreworking with someone so I waited my turn. I let her know it wasn't working and she stated I tried to tell you. I said miss I'm wearing headphones and you're behind 10" of plexi glass. No way I could hear you. I asked why don't you have a sign? She stated no sign could be put on without the bosses permission. I called the manager later that day only to be told she had to speak to the employee. The next day I called several times- no response. I gave the manager my number- no call- so I guess the plan is to just keep my money.
