I learn something new every time I come in to pick up party favors or even to simply cook with a good Cabernet. The family is awesome along with the cute dogs and they have a pretty snazzy selection from liqueurs, beer, wines and such. I've been coming here since I turned 21 and plan to keep coming back as long as I'm in Oklahoma City. So if you want to dip and dodge people, feel like the workers are shady, leave not knowing what the heck you purchased; don't come to this location. Did I mention they do tastings every so often as well?? They do that too. Yummy! Rainbow trout - Pan fried for a good crisp edge but still buttery and juicy and oh so good. Very flavorful fish and a very generous portion, they gave me 2 filets which is kind of crazy. The rice is also very delicious. Spaeztl - served with butter and brown gravy as a side. They also have an entree version with cheese but I liked the simplicity of this version. Nice depth to the gravy and good texture on the noodles with a bit of springy bite. Not my favorite but decent. Chocolate dessert wine - a shot glass of not too sweet chocolate dessert wine that made me want to get more into dessert wine.
