I was lucky enough to catch a whiff of the bbq cooking at the Rollin Flame's truck and couldn't help but to check it out. I decided to get the Ribeye steak sandwich. Upon ordering I was asked how I wanted it prepared which to me was a pleasant surprise since most places cook to their personal preference usually leaving you with a dry piece of meat. Not Rollin Flame though, what I got was a beautifully cooked to medium rare perfection cut off ribeye seasoned properly in a toasted roll topped with grilled onions. While I was waiting the owner offered a sample of their mac n cheese to try out. From just that bite alone it was so good I had to switch my order of fries to the mac n cheese instead.
