Will try to fly from Fiumicino in future where every operator I've used has been great. Outbound there was no valet pickup. I ended up driving to a place miles away to try to find the parking lot, only to find the address I was given was wrong. Eventually I made it back to the airport where I left the car with a reluctant and unapologetic valet. (Major stress, almost missed flight) No apology for the problem but at least we worked out that I could get the car washed on return. I thought that was included in the original booking. Ah well... The return... "yes, just go to the gas station outside and your car will be waiting..." waited outside. No car, shuttle bus came. Asked driver where our car was? Don't know, don't think we're doing valets tonight" call again..."No, no valet on Sunday" - but it's Tuesday! Take the shuttle. It just left. There'll be another. Sure enough. Still at least they took the price of the valet off the price of the car wash. Main problems: poor website; confirmation email has little useful information, like a phone number, address or directions. (An email did arrive but only after I had landed at my destination); Staff only seem to speak a curious Roman dialect. Gave two stars rather than one because Italian users seemed to have more success than me (but having done this 8 times before without a hitch I think I'm being unduly harsh on my italian skills) May have to use worstparking.it again, but will try very hard not to.
