Slaw was pretty much cabbage tossed with apple cider vinegar. Brisket was falling apart but had a strange texture. It was like smoked corned beef or something, very odd, bit slimy almost. Everyone else was ordering onion rings and fries. Baskets and baskets of them. Frozen pre-made (I could see inside the truck when they got the baggies out), probably the way to go. ;) Really quite sad because the latest reviews sound amazing. But we'll never go back. Which is also sad because we LOVE Bridge 99. p.s. No one in the cart was wearing a mask. Aren't they required to do that these days?? I mean, they didn't before so I'm not overly concerned but every other eating establishment in town I've seen has masks.
