Even if the flavors were merely average, the convenience of just walking to the fridge, grabbing a container, and warming would be compelling. You can probably tell where this is going. Bishop's Best flavors are the furthest thing from average. We've had about a dozen meals delivered over the course of a couple weeks and every single one has been delicious, generously sized, well prepared, and expertly seasoned. As someone who loves spicy food, the flexibility to select from multiple heat levels is a delight. Of course, you can turn down the spice, and thankfully that doesn't mean you should expect blandness. The seasoning and flavor will still be superb even when the heat level is minimal. My favorites were the Sausage & Peppers, Chicken Street Tacos, and the holiday cheese ball. The tacos come with tortillas, a massive pile of seasoned chicken and sides of chopped onions, cilantro, and salsa. The salsa is home-made and it's amazing. This is a very new business and it's not a conventional restaurant, so there's no storefront to see, just a web site and the proprietor who delivers the food. You'll probably only hear about it on places like Yelp. Given the quality of the food, I want it to be a success, so I encourage you to give it a try and spread the word!
