My daughter got sick and I decided to try CVS in Saint Clairsville, because it was close to my home. I will never leave the Medicine Shoppe pharmacy again. What should have been convenient turned into horrible customer service, a lack of communication skills on the part of the pharmacy and two days wait for medicine I could have had within an hour if I had driven to the Medicine Shoppe. I had forgotten how horrible CVS Pharmacy is. I'll never forget again. This location proved to be especially bad.

Sadly this is far from the only time that I've had issues there. Within the last 2 years that ive used them (originally it was just because of them being on my pharmacy list and their location being on my way) I have had more issues and problems getting my medications filled/refilled than I have ever had in my entire life. The staff there are generally friendly with the exception of the pharmacist Patsy he's arrogant rude and self centered and comes off truly narcissistic. It is in fact ordered for diabetes. Tonight the same excuse with no response as to when this will arrive.
