I liked Charles at the time and went with him anyway. They fit me in at the end of the season which I appreciated and got the job done. There were a couple of things along the way that were red flags to me so I decided to not hire them to do the pump. Charles would talk to me as if I was stupid when asking basic questions. When Charles learned I was going with someone else for the pump he got very defensive and tried to beat their bid so I would go with him. I still went with another company. The company who set the pump measured the well because my pricing was partially based on how much wire they needed. During this process we realized that the well depth seemed different than I was invoiced for. When I confronted Charles he went off like a cannon on me. It was apparent to me that they had cooked their final estimate. It made more sense to me why he fighted to do the pump. I think he didn't want me to find out. When you are hiring someone to drill and they base their price per the foot, you would want to trust that person wouldn't screw you over. I should have listened to the locals at the beginning who tried to warn me. I don't feel the final invoice from MVM was truthful and I recommend hiring someone else to do your well.

We stayed in contact during the job via email to solve a couple of problems and figure out the schedule for inspection. The tie-in with the addition was more technical than a typical roofing job, and they did perfect. Everything looks great, was installed properly, and most importantly doesn't leak! I called him in mid January; he said he was busy and it might be 6 to 8 weeks before he could get to it but would put me on his list if that was ok. I said that was fine and he said he would come out to measure the roof and give me an estimate. I contacted him in February after not hear anything back. He again said he had to come out and measure the roof which he would do soon. After getting no response from texts from me in March, I sent an email. His reply was "unfortunately we have already booked this spring and summer solid with work and we will not be able to help you at this time". I get a guy gets more work than he can do, but if he had at least told me in January or February he was too busy, I could have spent that time looking for someone else. I just wish people would be honest and live up to their word.

He installed the utilities for water, sewer and power in the slab for hook ups for the trailer. We also had him install a vinyl fence around the lot. Brian even showed up to help us move the trailer so that he could begin work. Once work was begun it was completed in a few days. I would highly recommend and will use All Aspects Concrete again for future projects. Work was done timely and for a reasonable price.
