My overall experience with this company has not been very good. The phone calls are always being…read moremissed. I sit and wait for hours. No one calls me each month. And then when I wanna get my medication's, it seems that that's all a mess as well I went without medication's for over 2 1/2 weeks and went through really severe withdrawals, which didn't help me at all especially being that I'm having panic attacks and going through a lot of anxiety since the death of my mom and my dog this past year. I don't give about a review this time because I had a better experience over the phone with Dominique Alseir than I have had in the past. She is a wonderful lady and it's probably not her fault that a lot of these things fall through the cracks but I will say that She did try harder this time to help me out. And I also received my medication's for the first time the very next day, which was very nice because I was having a lot of anxiety thinking that I wasn't going to receive them again. So I just hope that things keep going this way. Unfortunately I was never offered a survey went ahead the bad service these past several months so I don't wanna give a one which is what I would have given up because this visit was better. I'm going to give it a three for now, but I may revisit it if things go downhill again moving forward.

For my first visit, I arrived to find the office literally closed. They had scheduled me for the wrong day internally, despite the fact that my appointment was booked verbally over the phone and confirmed via text for the correct day. When I returned for my actual appointment, I was left waiting for an hour. When I finally said something, the front desk lady gave me nothing but attitude. I was so close to demanding a refund and taking my prescription elsewhere just to avoid giving this practice my money. On top of their terrible service, they make it unnecessarily difficult to access care--effectively putting your health behind a paywall--yet they have no problem charging a $50 cancellation fee when it's convenient for them. It is clear this practice cares far more about their bottom line than their patients.

However, going to Logique turned out to be one of the better decisions I've made lately. Dr Lafaille's easy, straightforward manner, her insight and advice approaching my particular problems went a long way toward returning me to a much happier existence. I've left her care now in a much better place mentally. I have carried with me the tools she provided during our sessions. I'll return to Logique if I need to. He does individual therapy, marital therapy, family and child therapy as well. If you have never been to a therapist, many take insurances or you might have programs set up through your work. You might not even have to pay co pay if your job has some program set up like that. Research before you go, so you don't have to pay more than you must. Dr.Boltson has a great humorous personality and makes you really think through what the situation is. At the end of the day, everyone has issues but you might want someone to listen or give you a different perspective. Side Note: Comfortable sitting and creative office setting.~
