Around the end of December, I came across Dr. Waldstein online and scheduled an appointment. In the meantime I read all the information he had on his website and also did some additional reading on classical homeopathy. Dr. Waldstein was very tentative, compassionate and thorough with the questions he asked during our initial appointment. About a week later, he had me come in for the remedy. About 20 minutes after I left his office, I felt a strange tingling sensation like energy or electricity all over. It kinda freaked me out at first, but the sensation wasn't bad and didn't last very long.  A couple of nights later I had a crazy dream that seemed very real.  In my dream, the lyme spirochetes (bacteria) had all dried up and turned gray, and they were raining out of my mouth and nose.  I woke up physically feeling like these things were coming out of my nose and mouth and I was coughing and gagging.  After that night, all the symptoms I had been experiencing started going away and disappeared altogether over the next few weeks.  It was definitely one of the strangest and most wonderful experiences I've had. 9 years later and I am still symptom free.

I did everything we talked about and got another round of tests a 2 months later. I've now learner nothing much changes in 2 months and the second round of blood tests should have been a few more months later. Had the second round of test. I got all my results from Quest Diagonsits and needed things explained to me. I called and texted with the office multiple times to have a follow up appt. At first who ever was on the texts was quick to reply. They then disappeared and I never got a call back from my multiple messages left on the office line. I will not be going back. After being hurried off the phone, I contact my mother and psychiatrist to try to figure out what on earth is going on. I speak to both of them, call her back, speak to her office staff and am assured she will return my call when done with her patient. She does not return my call. I go to my follow up today looking for an explanation for her actions- which she cannot provide. She offers a contradictory timeline of events and actions and says, "I deal with so many emergencies, it's hard to keep them straight." Her office staff rolled her eyes when my mother asked what the *** happened and gave the implication that this is a regular occurrence. She accused me of being an addict, having no judgment, and not knowing what I was talking about. Personally, I found her demeanor erratic, spacey, uninformed, and generally confused- perhaps like she was the one on too many drugs rather than me. Her actions led me to call into question not only her personal judgment but mostly her medical judgment. She promotes homeopathic remedies for psychiatric disorders which can only be managed by medication and offers medical advise outside her field of expertise. Additionally, as icing atop the cake, she was 45 mins late seeing me for my 1st appt and 25 for the second. Apparently this is her norm. For homeopathy, go see her. For real medicine, look elsewhere. I am seriously contemplating reporting her to the board.

At the end of the two hour call, she went right into getting me to buy the service and when I asked her if I could have time to think about it, she recommended that I don't and that I sign up because most people who think about it, don't move forward. Obviously everyone's situation is different but she advised a protocol for me after not looking at any lab results and knowing very little history (only what I told her). It was shocking that she would advise on a protocol after not seeing any of my recent test or lab results, I could have been lying for all she knew ... Within 10 Min I received a text .I cancelled within 22 hours of signing her agreement. She refused to honor her agreement and refund my money (Even the airlines give 24 hours at no penalty). She would refund only after I signed an agreement not to leave reviews. Her agreement stated only that the client hand deliver or mail a cancellation letter. She was charging me 1597. I would understand a fee if I had used her services but I used none of them. No labs were done. How much was done on my case from 4:20 the previous evening? Dr Rothman stated that she told me about cancel fee but I didn't hear that , I was too busy absorbing what her program entailed. It seemed vague. I feel I was harassed by Dr Rothman's fear techniques. I received no services. No labs were done so what could her "personalized program" have sent me to justify keeping any money? She said they were administrative fees . They were just a charge of 1609.76 for sending a package which I returned the next day. The refund of 7854.39 took over 45 days. Her office tried to bargain with me not to leave any reviews. They were willing to give me 9K back ! That speaks volumes. Beware!
