After Cleaner Carpet Concepts cleaned the carpet, well, the stain is gone, but so is the color in an entire 12" x 24" area where the stain was. It looks like it has been bleached. The owner called me immediate and said he could help and gave us a reasonable price. He was a little bit flaky when it came to scheduling which made me think I was mistaken but I wasn't he just changed the times a few times which was okay but not very reliable. He came with a partner and stretched our carpet and at first since he didn't clean up any of the mess around the edges I thought it was okay. But when I vacuumed everything up I noticed very quickly something was not right. Fast forward only 1.5 months later and our entire carpet has to be replaced because of the edges he cut and seams he cut to stretch. Highly disappointed because when he called because he left his stuff at my house I explained to him what was wrong and he said he would come by on a Sunday and he never showed up. Now we need to find someone to replace our entire upstairs carpeting in the loft, primary bedroom and possibly one of the other bedrooms.

Owner did not come on day of cleaning. Man who did cleaning cut carpet to remove it at an angle, which didn't have to be done, rather than lift it. This resulted in uneven and unlevel edges. Seam repair was not good, and still isn't. Carpet had multiple areas of spots that weren't clean. Left a mess of carpet fibers all over. I sent pictures to the owner and called. Man who did the cleaning came back and cleaned up those areas that I saw, and left additional cleaner if other spots were found, which I did find. I went around and retucked areas that still had enough carpet left after having been cut. Some gaps remain. Seam still lumpy Wished I had never had it done as it wasn't that bad.
