Five Stars to Kevin!!! I am so very glad that I found Kevin Brown and his ChemDry business again!!! Due to a misunderstanding on my part, I believed that ChemDry did not do high rise condos. Thus, after downsizing from my house in 2011, i had others clean the carpet in my condo - but, never to my satisfaction. Kevin arrived with super professional-looking equipment and left me with upholstered furniture and off-white broadloom looking and feeling like new. So glad, I found Kevin again!!! Yes, ChemDry costs more but it's sooooo worth !!! it! The cleanliness and soft feel of my broadloom and upholstered furniture is incomparable!!! The drying time is exceptionally fast!. I highly recommend Simcoe County ChemDry @ 705-721-8866 and 855-921-8866. Just be sure to book an elevator if living in a high rise to accommodate all the professional machines that Kevin will bring. It's not your average 'commercial' steam cleaning machine that looks like something You can rent in a grocery store. There's a 'science' to ChemDry's method and therefore the equipment is very different and much more effective than the norm. You'll be more than happy with the outcome! read more

A friend our mine recommended we give Chem-Dry a call when I told him we were thinking about replacing our carpet because we thought the carpet was too dirty. We were so pleased when Chem-Dry Simcoe cleaned our carpets on the main floor we had them come back to do our basement. Second time was as impressive as the first, same great service from Laurie in the office and Kevin at the house. We were called the night before to make sure we were ready to for them to come in the morning and a call a few days later to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The day Kevin came to our house to clean the carpet he took the time to explain their process to me and why it works. He did a through check of the carpets and there was one stain the main hall he asked me what caused the stain and how did I try to clean it and was very honest saying the stain may not completely come out but he would do his best. Well that stain is gone along with all the other stains and my carpet looks like new. (My mother-in-law felt they would never be able to clean the carpets as Kevin described, but even she was impressed). read more

Chem-Dry Simcoe were amazing. From filling out a request for service to the end result of clean carpets. Samantha who responded immediately was so knowledgeable and totally responsive to my queries that I was totally ready to have them clean my carpets. Every question I asked was responded to with the exact answers and more. Their cleaners were polite and on time and explained everything that was going to be done. After the job was completed we had a review of what had been done, and asked to inspect the job to make sure we were completely happy (which of course we were). Although they may have been a little higher in price, it was well worth it to have a professional job with fantastic people to work with. They really cared about you and the job they performed. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering having their carpets, upholstery, etc., cleaned. read more

We have used Chemdry services a couple of times now and could not recommend this company more. From booking an appointment to when Kevin came to do the cleaning, everyone was professional, friendly and timely! Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and gave us information about the service that would help us decide what we ultimately wanted to do. There was never any pressure to try to "add on" other services, and in fact we were told we didn't necessarily need what we had booked which saved us money. I have had Chem- Dry SIMCOE County clean my carpets for years. I appreciate Kevin's fine attention to detail and the way he works in a careful, deliberate manner. I prefer the chem dry process because the carpets dry quickly and the spot cleaner products work effectively and allow the home owner to easily maintain their carpets between cleanings. People are surprised when I tell them the carpets I have are the original ones purchased when the house was built 20 years ago. I attribute this to Kevin and the Chem Dry process. read more
