The nurse practitioner who did my pelvic exam was extremely friendly, professional, and informed me of different blood tests that I can do to detect breast cancer since it runs in my family. The staff kept calling me the wrong name and adding things to my chart that I had to correct. But aside from the receptionists being a little passive aggressive. Arrived at 8:30 for my 8:45 with dr. Phipps. The nurse was calling the 9 am appointment with dr Phipps back to start appt and I had to speak up and say that I have the 8:45. Nurse took me first. Told the nurse my history and why I'm being seen. She asked medical history questions and she said out loud to herself "is there anything else I'm forgetting to ask you?" Nurse left the room and 25 minutes later nurse knocks on the door and asks again what I'm presenting for because the doctor is asking her and she forgot. Mind you, she wrote notes the first time. Doctor Phipps did not physically examine me, only asked questions. Not the friendliest doctor considering it was my first visit. She did not review my records before appointment. I obtained my own records from my old gyno office and emailed to phipp's office. Even called and was told they received them and would attach to my chart. Doctor unaware of my PCOS history. Wanted me to come back for an ultrasound and labs but I told the desk at check out that I do not like their office and I left. Don't waste your time. Ending up leaving at 10 am.

Within an hour, they called their rep and had it rectified quickly and efficiently. I didn't have to chase them down or ask for an update, it was very nice feeling lol (unlike some of my experiences in nj..) Dr Fleischer is very nice and seens trust worthy, he listened to my family history and concerns. I did wish he offered more guidance for potential fertility and next steps but I should have asked more questions. Overall, nice office, nice doctor and staff!

My husband and I couldn't be happier that we have Dr. Lubetkin as our doctor! He is absolutely incredible! His nurse Liz, that is usually in the room with us, is beyond kind and always so excited during our ultrasounds and to see us. Jada who has had the task of taking my blood more than a few times now, couldn't be more gentle and is honestly the best person that's ever had to draw blood for me in my 38 years of having it done, which always seems to be an issue with me. And it is not at all with her! She is the best! I wanted to add that Ingrid is always super helpful and amazing anytime I call with any concern about the baby. Both Stephanie's and Brianna at the front desk are super sweet and personable and have helped us so much, along with all the other ladies up there! Annette and Priscilla have also been so amazing! I've also had the pleasure of meeting Dr Lubetkin's wife who is just the sweetest ever and always checks in with me anytime I get the opportunity to run into her at the office. She's given me some great advice each time I see her and she is always excited to see me and ask how I'm doing. They all feel like family and I couldn't be more comfortable there. Dr Lorido is new to the office so I've had a few visits with him as well and we are very happy and comfortable with him if he ends up having to deliver our baby due to scheduling issues close to our due date. He is very kind and patient and takes the time to listen. So all in all we couldn't be happier choosing this office / doctors and staff! We just love going there every visit. During the online booking process, there were appointments available with other providers in the office, but I intentionally selected Dr. Cueto. I also received multiple confirmations -- including one the same day -- clearly stating that my appointment was with her. When I arrived, I was told that Dr. Cueto was not there and that I would need to see a nurse practitioner first in order to become "established" before seeing the doctor. This was never communicated beforehand. I scheduled this appointment because I have serious health concerns and specifically needed to see a physician. The lack of transparency and the dismissive attitude from the staff made the experience feel unprofessional and misleading. Patients deserve clear communication and respect regarding who they are actually scheduled to see.

Dr. Stern delivered my first baby, and she was great throughout our entire experience. From my…read morefirst visit, she made me feel comfortable and at ease, and took the TIME to answer the million questions I had. When the due date came and went, she insisted on getting induced- something I was dead-set against- but explained the reasons why she was unwilling to wait more than one week past the DD. She was upfront, honest, no sugar-coating- qualities I appreciate in any person, especially a doctor. In the end, she was right, and had I waited a day longer, I would've put my baby in grave danger. She was at the hospital several times throughout the day, in between appointments, once I was admitted, and was there in a jiffy once it was showtime...3:30AM! We're convinced she doesn't sleep. And she was there the day after to check up on me/my baby. Her new office is near Boca Regional and it's gorgeous. Playroom with cartoons on for kids if you need to bring them to appointments. Had to call the office 3 times to ask about a procedure and after the procedure was done there was never a phone call to say...!!!! She is just not the doctor I would go to anymore, or ever recommend! Extremely Disappointed!!! Find another doctor for your sake!
