During our discussion, I was explaining my concerns about delaying a certain medical schedule (not refusing it completely) but I felt the conversation became more of a lecture than a discussion. I would have appreciated a more collaborative approach to addressing our questions. I was also surprised by several recommendations that were presented as personal preferences, including that baby-led weaning is better than purées and a recommendation to avoid traveling with children until they are 2 years old. Given that my baby is not yet sitting up independently (she's 5 months old and still floppy), I would have preferred guidance that was more tailored to her developmental readiness, along with an explanation of the evidence behind these recommendations. One of the reasons we chose this practice was because the website states that they work collaboratively with families regarding certain healthcare topics. Unfortunately, that was not our experience during this visit with Mike. Rather than feeling that our questions were explored through a collaborative discussion, we felt that there was limited opportunity for dialogue. I value providers who explain the reasoning behind their recommendations, discuss the available evidence, and partner with families to make informed decisions. Unfortunately, I left feeling that there was limited opportunity for discussion or individualized guidance.

When we visited for the first time the staff was very kind and made us feel very welcomed! I forgot the nurses name, but we had the same nurse twice and she is so sweet! Dr. Tran is also AMAZING! I called at approximately 11:54 a.m. to schedule an appointment for my one-month-old son, who is experiencing a severe rash outbreak and constipation. The staff member collected all of our information and scheduled us for an appointment on Thursday at 1:45 p.m. Toward the end of the call, she asked whether my son had received any vaccines. I explained that he had not yet, but that I did intend to vaccinate him while requesting that his vaccinations be spaced out. As his parent, I believe it is my responsibility to make informed medical decisions on his behalf in consultation with his physician. The staff member placed me on hold to ask whether the office would accommodate that request. When she returned, she informed me that my son could not be seen because I did not want to follow the office's standard vaccine schedule. I was shocked that my infant was denied an appointment for unrelated medical concerns based on a discussion about future vaccination scheduling. My son needed to be evaluated for a significant rash and constipation, yet I was told he could not be seen at all. That experience left me feeling that my concerns as a parent were dismissed rather than addressed. As a result, I contacted my insurance company and filed a grievance regarding my experience. Regardless of differing policies, I believe every family deserves respectful communication, transparency about office policies, and compassionate care--especially when an infant has immediate health concerns. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this office. To the woman who took my call you lack ethical principles such as autonomy do not ever try to move up the ladder in the nursing field you don't have what it takes.

Dr. Singh was absolutely furious. She was condescending and unbelievably rude. It would be hard to overstate how rude she was--she even chewed me out for giving the pharmacy address too slowly. I have no idea what her problem is, but she took it out on me while my child was sick. Keep your children away from her.

First I paid $120 which is a little steep but I knew my daughter was going to be in great hands. My daughter and I were placed in a room and one of the nurse gave me a placard of all of the earrings that I could pick for my daughter. I picked the smaller gold earring for April's birthstone. The doctor came in and explained everything to me. She gave me an ear cleaning solution to use on my daughter at home and she showed me the earrings and then I realized they were too small. I asked the doctor if I could get the bigger size and she got them. I really appreciate that. The doctor cleaned my daughter's ears 3 times on each side and used a marker to mark where the earrings would go. I was happy with the placement and the doctor even asked if I was comfortable holding my daughter and I was. The doctor pierced the 1 ear and my daughter started crying and then switched to the other side and pierced the other side. My daughter was crying for quite some time and she was very angry at me on the ride home. Almost a week later her ears and piercing looks great. I am thankful for the staff here for doing such a great job on my daughter's ears. I would definitely come here again for my future daughter's ears. Thank you Dr. Liu and staff.

Recently, I welcomed my baby boy and started bringing him here as well, and I can honestly say the level of compassion and empathy we've received has been beyond anything I could have hoped for. Dr. Yoonesi truly goes above and beyond. She pours so much time, care, and love into not only my kids, but also into supporting me as a parent. I've been going through an incredibly difficult time between my brother's cancer diagnosis and navigating postpartum, and during one of our visits she took the time to comfort me and offer words of encouragement. I don't think she realized just how much I needed to hear those words on that day, but they meant the world to me. Finding a pediatrician who cares for the whole family (not just the kids) is rare, and I feel incredibly grateful that my children are in their care. I couldn't recommend this practice more. I brought my son in to see Dr. Sall this week. His asthma is "controlled" under normal…read morecircumstances, but when he is ill it can turn scary rather quickly. We hadn't seen Dr. Sall before, but I felt as if she had been our pediatrician for years. Dr. Sall actively listened as I described my son's symptoms and how we had been managing them thus far. She completed a thorough examination, and then came up with a plan-of-action and a back-up plan that we both felt good about. A few hours later, it was evident my son needed that second option. I rang the office and Dr. Sall called me back within minutes. When your child's breathing is compromised, every second counts. I was so relieved to have her jump right into action and start the protocol we had discussed in office. Dr Sall asked to see us back the next morning for a follow-up, and was so compassionate, listening intently to how the last 16 hours had gone. She conducted another exam, and even though my son sounded perfect, she asked if we were able to stay longer for observation since his last breathing treatment was freshly onboard. I was so grateful for this opportunity to have a little more time in a medical environment just in case anything changed. Thankfully, my son was still sounding strong when it was time for us to go. Having that extra time provided me with great reassurance, and I feel confident and well-equipped to tackle the remainder of his illness at home. THANK YOU, DR SALL! All that to say, if you are in need of a pediatrician, please consider Dr. Sall. She's an absolute angel in my book, but also informed, communicative, gentle and compassionate.
