I didn't realize that it was me who really needed to change and by changing so did my husband. I didn't know what healthy boundaries were or even how to enforce them. I was mean, volatile and very unpredictable to be around. I was physically sick and it was all due to the stress I was holding onto and not knowing how to cope with it.
