He knew how to put us at ease and made us feel comfortable. He mailed out the proofs when he said that he would. We hadn't gotten them after 2 weeks due to faulty mail delivery and when I emailed him letting him know that, he offered to remail them free of charge! He replied to my emails promptly and was every bit as nice as he was the day we met him. He takes great pictures and is reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back to him in the future!
