I first visited the physio here a while back when I did something to my back and could barely walk. He got me right as rain again. More recently some brutal rostering at work had my back a bit achey, so I went in for a massage this time. Fortunately I could claim it on my private cover, so it saved me a few clams, but once more, feeling a lot better. He has recommended a follow up, but given all the other aches i'm feeling now my back has settled, this is a good idea. Definitely book ahead, because they can be quite busy, but they do open a little later and the staff are all lovely.

They're on Cordelia St, but they do have free undercover parking, so if the street parking is full, you should still be okay. The physio I saw was great, I definitely felt more confident with her than with my previous physio, and on a recent booking I had to see someone else as my usual was sick, but it was no problem. She was all on top of the issue and I ended up having an extra long service at no extra charge. If you need a physio in the South Brisbane area, i'd head here.

The therapist at No More Knots are all highly educated unlike a lot of shopping centre massage places, which allows the client to choose the level of experience and knowledge they would like for their treatment. You will always find an appointment (same day) at short notice but would suggest if you have a favourite therapist to book an appointment well in advance.
