I came here a few days ago specifically looking for the brand Maevn scrubs. You can't buy them online, it looks like you have to go through a distributor who buys them (Kinda like Avon or Mary Kay.) Their website stated Cherokee Scrubs 4 All was a distributor so I came here. It's about 10 miles away from me, and I have LeJoy uniforms 1 mile from me, but the website stated Cherokee had them and LeJoy uniforms didn't so I made my trip to Hoover. I go in the store, and look through every aisle just so I could NOT find any Maevn scrubs at all.....I finally ask an associate and she tells me I can order them from her. YAY!!! Then another associate stops her and says they no longer order from Maevn Uniforms. Alright....I'm disappointed, but I'm there and decide to try on some of their other brands. I tried on some Heart & Soul, Cherokee, and another brand. They were of really nice quality, and I liked them. The prices here are right where I expected them to be considering there aren't many scrub stores in Birmingham. Most of the tops and pants I tried on were between $27-33 a piece. Not bad, considering I have a pair of FIGS that were $90. We work so we can buy clothes to go to work in. Sounds about right? read more

Ok, I get what people are complaining about that the customer service can be a little less than warm, but I'm the kind of person who prefers not to be disturbed while I shop anyway, and I only ask for help as a last resort. Plus, the sales staff were prompt when I did ask for help, such as to get me a fitting room. In this instance, they responded immediately. There is a great selection of Cherokee scrubs, as well as some other brands like Grey's Anatomy and Elle. Fun fact, if you're a working healthcare professional and tell the cashier your workplace at checkout, you get a 15% discount every time, and 25% off during your birthday month. Seems like a good deal to me! I don't need salespeople smiling and making eye contact when I come into the store or following me around when I'm trying to browse in peace. read more

The first time i went in was in the middle of the day and they were all very nice and helpful. Today i went in and granted they did have only 35 minutes until closing but it was the only opportunity i had to pick up an order i made for pants they did not have in stock at the time and i was definitely not greeted with the same kindness. The girl that was vacuuming the store front gave me and my friend a very disgusted look as if we inconvenienced her for coming in the store. The girl at the register wasnt directly rude but her attitude was kind of rude and snappy. The only person who was nice and polite was the woman who retrieved our order and brought to us. I love the store because of the great selection they have but i wasnt very happy with the attitude i was greeted with when i was only trying to pick up my order. read more

Can't say enough great things about Cherokee Scrubs 4 All! I ordered online and when I got my package it was missing the pants and instead I received someone else's face cream. After further investigation my package looked a little rough/tampered with. When I called and spoke to the store they were quick to exchange my top (ordered the wrong color) and give me the pants I was missing! I will definitely shop in store next time. And from experience they always run the best deals/discounts and are quick to assist with any needs! read more

Over the holidays, I went on a mission. My twin sister wanted new scrubs for Christmas, but she's extraordinarily tiny for someone who eats fast food three meals a day. After being told that I wouldn't be able to find XXS petite sized scrubs in Birmingham, I felt disheartened and almost abandoned my search. The last stop on my shopping excursion was to Cherokee Scrubs 4 All, but I didn't expect much. Thankfully, I was wrong! The kind sales associate pointed me towards the brands and patterns of scrubs that they had XXS petites in stock, and also let me know that most of the scrubs in the shop could be special ordered in that size. I placed a special order and to my surprise, I was called just a few days later that they had come in. It was a last minute Christmas miracle! Awful customer service with very rude and unprofessional manager Daphne. I placed an order online after Black Friday and just finally received it due to the shipping delays. I ordered 2 sets of Cherokee scrubs. I tried them on and they fit perfect. The tag said to wash before wear and tumble dry, so that's what I did. I put them on and they had shrunk to the point that I can no longer wear them. The return policy says once an item has been washed or tags removed it can't be returned. So I wasn't even going to mention it. Thankfully, I didn't yet remove the tags from my 2nd pair. I took the 2nd pair in to return and they asked why I was returning so I told them what happened. I did not ask to do a return or anything about the shrunken pair. However Melissa kept telling me that they might be defective because it isn't supposed to shrink and that they want their customers to be happy and since I never even got to wear them that they would be able to work something out with me and let me exchange for another pair possibly. The manager was out so they told me to bring back the scrubs and call the manager the next day. So this morning I called & spoke with Daphne told her the situation and she said to bring them in and she could do a vendor credit and I would be able to get another pair. I asked if she was sure because it's a 45 minute drive for me to get there. I get all the way to the store and the moment I stepped inside she was very rude and unwelcoming. First she said she couldn't find my receipt in the system & acted like she wouldn't be do anything because no receipt. When I was trying to give her the information she kept cutting me off. I finally was able to talk long enough to tell her I had the receipt on my phone. As I was speaking to her she just walked off away from the desk without a word. She came back with another Cherokee top and held up my top to it. Then she said automatically I can't do anything. Never even looked at the pants. She said that the difference in the shirt sizes needed to be at-least 3 sizes smaller for her to do anything. I said it is a lot smaller I can try them on and show you the difference, to which she refused and said it wouldn't make a difference. Why would I want another set in the exact same size and color if the first pair didn't shrink enough and I was still able to wear it? That makes absolutely no sense. I have the tracking information where I clearly just received it and have had no time to even wear it. When I brought up I asked her before I drove all the way to the store she said she never said that she only said she would look at them. Like I said, I never asked myself for a return or exchange. They are the ones that brought it up and told me to bring it back because they want their customers happy. So then you tell me to drive another 45 minutes back to your store another day to do that and then when I get there you do nothing? After confirming it with the manager that morning?Wow. The worst customer service I have ever seen on top of her bad attitude. It was clear the moment I walked in she had already decided she was not going to do anything. Before they made me go through all that I was planning on ordering a different brand, I actually already had it in my cart. Now that they treated me that way they have permanently lost a customer. read more

My husband was kind enough to accompany me to look for some new scrubs yesterday. When we entered only one of the three employees behind the counter acknowledged us and she did help me find a pair of bottoms I was looking for, but that was the last help we got the entire time. We were the only customers in the place too! After my husband finally had helped me find a set that fit I went up to pay. Their marked prices were very high so I assumed that the discount would be the average 30% (they had signs that remind you to ask for your discount). Nope. Only %15 and the other two girls behind the counter were pretty snippy about it. Since I had already run my poor husband ragged looking for tops and bottoms that fit and matched I was not about to leave without anything so I bit the bullet and paid but it will be the last time I go there. read more

I have spent a lot of money there over the last two years and always had a pleasant experience. My coworker always had bad experiences, but I always defended the store. Today I saw what she was talking about, I am assuming it was the manager but she could not have been more rude or uninterested in what I needed. One of the rudest stores I have ever been in. 1st the lady (short brunette hair, probably mid 40s) at the counter didn't even acknowledge me walking in. 2nd when I asked her for a specific item, she laughed at me & said she could order it. When I went to leave I said thank you and she didn't even look up from the counter to say thanks back or have a good day or even smile. There was only one other customer in the store so it wasn't like she was slammed. I've shopped here in the past & they were extremely friendly. Not sure what has changed but they won't be receiving and purchases from me in the future. read more

From the time I walked in the door, the staff was helpful and attentive! One salesperson walked around with me and helped me pick out different things to try on.
