This is one of the most interesting and unique stores I have been to. There are a TON of small setup booths that you can browse at your convenience. I did not know what to expect. I saw everything from golf clubs, cups, jewelry, paintings, and antique dolls. You can find almost everything and anything here! It was pretty entertaining!

Don't be fooled by the name. It's not just an antique store; it has a lot of other treasures. I almost didn't stop in because of the name as I'm not into buying antiques. There is something for everyone. Clean store and huge. You might make sure you have at least an hour to go through all of the "shops." Lots of parking. Nice employees.

Well, this place is one indoor big flea market without the junk Somethings are antiques, somethings are newer Lots of dishes, vases, glassware. Also lots of toys, albums, and tools. There is a lot of stuff. Books here are inexpensive if you don't mind used.

Irondale Pickers is one of those stores where you could spend hours in. I wasn't looking for anything in particular so my visit wasn't quite as long. The layout of the store is sectioned off with different booths , each owned by a different vendor. I don't know the exact number of booths but there were many to look through. Some of the booths had deals where you could save 50% off. I saw several booths advertising this. I ran across many interesting items but I didn't buy anything. I will say that I definitely will revisit this store in the near future because this seems like the perfect store to score some priceless treasures!

This flea market is located inside of a small parking plaza with a huge parking lot so parking should not be an issue. This location was previously a Walmart so the inside is hugggeee!! It's a bunch of different vendors who've rented spaces to sell their items. It's honestly a bunch of nice items, most items are reasonably priced. They had a few candle vendors, vinyls, clothes, furniture, decor, literally everything you could imagine! Mask are required. It was not overly crowded when I went and I went on a Saturday around 2-3pm so I was happy about that. Staff seemed pretty friendly, I did witness one of the employees helping a customer carry one of the motorized carts that had stopped working to the front of the store. You can literally get lost inside of this store lol, you can walk around for hours just looking at the items. I didn't come with the intent to purchase I just wanted to see what the store had to offer, I will definitely be back to visit the next time I'm in town! It's cool to see a store like this on the Eastside!

Cool place, but awful hours if you're a Monday-friday 9-5er. Good variety of items, friendly folks.

On A Shoestring Trading located on Shades Crest Road in Bluff Park is like taking a trip back in…read moretime! The eclectic antique collection and selection is mind blowing, because there isn't a vacant spot anywhere in the house. There were all sorts of vintage glassware, crystal, dishes, shaving mugs, books, hand tools, hats, jewelry, window frames, lamps, paintings and on and on. It will take me more than one trip to see and process everything in the house. And lucky me because today - everything in the house was 25% off - everything. The Gentleman Owner is a most interesting person to meet as he shared the history of the house when I asked him when the house was built. I did make a small purchase today, but that's only because I'm still trying to process everything that I saw and what I want to purchase on my next visit. I will always value my trip to On A Shoestring Trading simply because I had the opportunity to meet the Owner. Such an experience! And there's enough free parking in front of the store, but you could park and walk from the nearby restaurants. I hope you will visit this place someday soon!

On-a-Shoestring... not sure where the name comes from... but cool shop…read more Really like this place as I tend to dig looking around old, antique-y places and such. Some might call that "antiquing" I just call it liking to look around old, antique-y places and such. This place is no different. There's literally stuff packed in every corner of the main level, the upstairs, the somewhat basement level as well as outside in the yard. There are plenty of windows, doors, shutters and other woodworks for re-purposing if you're into that. Most are fairly priced by comparison to other places. Overall however, the store can be a bit expensive in it's pricing. Also they only take cash or checks as forms of payment so if you're headed over here, be sure to take one or the other. Overall, great shop!
