Then, they prepare a simple tax return...which I still do not understand and could not get an explanation...and they charge an additional $495. For a return with one W2. Rip off! Went back and forth through email with Kristy Bramlett. Her emails say, "let me know if you have any questions." However, when you ask questions and say you don't understand, you get no answers.
