Do your homework, much better options in the same location. The office lady is impossible to deal with.

They can't read condo docs and understand them. Just not accommodating to the complex community. But, in all fairness, the trustees are directing them and they have even less knowledge. Property manager should be educating them instead of doing what they say when it's wrong.

Before we moved they had started to replace the roofs on all the condos. The people they hired were not doing things to code, not wearing their safety harnesses and using the cheapest materials available. Plus never gave use the option to have our skylights replaced at the same time the roof was being replaced. Called Great North and was told that we would have to replace the sky lights on our own when the roof was done. This NOT how proper roofing is done. The reason I know this is because my husband is a highly qualified, highly certified fully licensed roofer in MA/NH with the highest rated roofing company in the area. Shortly after we put our condo on the market we could no longer deal with this property management company. You need to be a thorn in their sides to get anything done but done count on it being done correctly.

Todd Hudson and his team spent every minute of our home search feel like we were their most important clients in every step of the process. We are not from the area, yet Todd helped us find our sense of community where we chose to buy our retirement home in Portsmouth. We couldn't be happier! The timeline was accurate, and there were no surprises. Red Post worked around our busy schedules to keep us informed at all steps of the way. Integrity, honesty, and a very good listener makes Todd the best realtor we have ever worked with. We highly recommend Red Post Realty for your home sale or purchase! Dave and Lisa Mason

He was helpful in trying to match us to properties, scheduling showings, asking the right questions, and everything else. He has a strong knowledge of home repair which is very helpful, and takes the intimidation out of the whole process. Todd really went the extra mile for us after we found our new home. Prior to closing, he helped arrange estimates on completing the installation of a new roof. He offered to schedule the estimates, meet each roofer, and broker the deal/see it through its completion. Whenever we tell friends and family what he did, we would hear someone say "Your realtor did that for you?" It's telling that he wants his customers to be satisfied. From beginning to end, Todd and Nick C. from Red Post have been excellent. Definitely contact them if you are looking for a home in seacoast NH/southern ME, or beyond.

Wish we could give a zero/warning. We haven't even moved in…read moreyet and they're already being difficult! The fact that demanded paperwork and companies put everything in our name BEFORE WE EVEN OCCUPY THE PROPERTY is absurd!!!!! The fact that if you Don't get them their requested information within 24 hours, mind you ALL during the hours you work... You get a 150 dollar FEE! THE HELL?!? Check this out .. the property manager is refusing to replace the tub when the tubs/shower is unsanitary, rusted out, has Chunks of HAIR caught in the toggle plate, mold,, and corroded metal, and dripping faucet.... Health code violation much??? Update: after filing small claims lawsuit, letter to the NH Attorney General, Letter with evidence packet, letter to Consumer Protection Bureau with evidence packet, email and phones calls to code Enforcement Officer of Middleton,NH and over 10 back and forth emails from myself to RPM with legal assistance, they finally caved and my wife and I were successfully free from the lease!! Of course will waiting for reimbursement of ALL monies including the electric bill that I was responsible for even though we NEVER ONCE too possession of the property or moved in. Listen to your intuition!!!! If something feels wrong Listen to it!! If what they're asking you to do isn't normal to you...DO NOT do it! Aka, do NOT put utilities in your name before taking possession of the property...legally they can NOT ask you to do that! Do a VERY thorough walk through and look at and note EVERYTHING wrong in the property-take LOTS of pictures and videos and when taking videos talk out loud in it so they know exactly what room your in and what your seeing and note Date and Time for everything as well! Write EVERYTHING down and request ALLLLL communication with them be in writing! Be it text or email because you have all of that for proof and protection in case you end up in my situation. Please do NOT be afraid to contact me if you need/want to. When you know something is wrong, again, please PLEASE Listen to your gut! You will dodge a massive bullet! The saying is true, "When you see something, SAY SOMETHING!". I DID and I'm so sooo glad I did and followed by gut and Never took occupancy or possession of the property. Update: when I was there last, I did mold tests... I'm sooo so so incredibly glad we dodged this bullet. Check out these results .. and this was JUST from the drain, the molded and rusted out toggle plate that had hair coming out of it, and behind it in the wall area... Check out the photos and video!!! I was SHOCKED at the results, however I shouldn'T have been.
