I was communicating via emails after a friend's referral. Their customer service is very unprofessional. At first they did not reply to one of my emails but after my friend mentioned it to them, they apologized so all was fine. But afterwards, I was transferred over to Lyle Bauer. We were in the middle of discussion and he promised to get back to me by Apr 15. And by Apr 23, still no word from him. So I had to email to remind him. In that email, I asked about a couple of points in the insurance policy that do not work well for my profession. The next day he emailed me back saying "your need for coverage and extensions goes beyond what our plan is willing to offer. You really have no option but to remain with your current insurance carrier. We will close our file." No word of apology for not keeping his word, and as an insurance broker, I find he was also not willing to work with me as a potential client. If this is how they take care of potential customers, I will not recommend anyone to this place. read more
