Two out of the six jobs were not satisfactory…read more After contacting them about the matter, the general manager called me, stated he had been to my house and found the jobs to be great! He further stated he would not fix anything unless I paid him more money. I contacted the Better Business Bureau who sent them two notices of the complaint, but they failed to respond to either one of them. I will now file a Small Claims case against them in court and see what happens. At least the BBB now has dinged their record and I hope this will warn future customers to stay away and find someone else.

This company is not to be trusted. I asked for survey of my small lot in Lansing Mi and at the end…read moreOf the job one of the guys said your lot is perfectly 133 foot long by 33 feet wide. So after they left I measured the front lot and it was not 33 foot wide it was 32 1/2 feet. They also promised me a drawing of my property. All they sent me was some sort of certificate. When I called them and asked them for the drawing the lady said you only asked for the staked survey. I also left a message with someone they're in charge and he never called me back. When in fact she told me when I first called them to ask them to survey my property that they would include a drawing of it. I also overheard one of the surveyors talking to my neighbor to the north and I think they did not place the northwest stake in the right location after talking to him. Do not trust this company they will not deliver on their promises.

No-show/No-call twice…read more We scheduled a tree removal a month in advance, and confirmed via email a week before the scheduled day. When they didn't show up or call on the day, we called Upper Cut and were told that the crew was on a job that took longer than expected, and we would need to reschedule. We rescheduled for two days later, but on that day received a call that they had mixed up the scheduling and we would have to reschedule again. When the re-rescheduled day came, once again no one showed up or called. When we called, they tried to reschedule us again, so we just canceled the job. This was a frustrating experience that needlessly ate up our time, and has delayed taking down a potentially dangerous tree.
