It was easy to register as a new patient, and I was thrilled that Citrus is on the NHS and therefore very affordable! I had a little bit of a hard time finding this place, but Meadows Place curves so Citrus Dental (and the health clinic it's with) are along the Meadows and the higher numbers curve around away from the Meadows. Although the building is a bit nondescript from the outside, it's nice and modern inside. I saw the dentist Drew today and he was excellent. I was nervous ahead of time that it would hut, but he was extremely gentle and explained exactly what he was doing to keep me fully informed throughout the dental check and then the cleaning. I had x-rays done and couldn't believe they're only £4 on the NHS, so well worth it. After my dental check, I had the cleaning and it was pain-free and left my teeth feeling great (and only cost £10!). I'm really happy with my new dentist and, while I wouldn't say I'm excited for my next appointment (because who can be excited about the dentist?), I know I'll be in good hands when I go back in six months.

Many thanks have been bestowed on me since as he also found these guys gentle, nice and definitely affordable! Just had my 6 month check up and as usual a large amount of care was taken with my awful permanent retainer. Thumbs up all round!!

He is the best dentist I have ever come across and I wouldn't go to anyone else. He is great at what he does and has a very friendly and caring manner; seriously the nicest person I have ever met. If ever you have an emergency they will see you straight away. I'm on Denplan which is an excellent scheme. You pay monthly and so you never have any unexpected bills. 5+ stars!!

Mine (and other's) journeys below should let you know can expect Vermillion to: take your money, delay your appointments at will, ignore your input, override your concerns and produce awful results. Then if you dare stand up for yourself and complain, expect more denial; being coaxed into pressured meetings under false pretenses; bullied and gaslit into believing your complaints aren't real or that conversations you had didn't take place; being tricked into taking humiliating and unsolicited photos of your teeth; and then finally being ignored again. Don't be fooled by whatever charming comment Vermillion are going to make.

He was told by Offord it was possible and he was to see Mathieson who made him a denture and told him it would be used until the bridge came and charged him £500 for the dunture and then told him they wouldn't be doing his bridge because if ford and him had decided without explanation, my friend called and got a rather stripy receptionist who I think might be offord's wife or partner but my mate complained to Offord who had told him he would do his upper bridge and he had changed his mind while extorting money that could have been saved. His own dentist could have made his denture for £100 max. My mate was so distressed and nothing he could do. I'm now doing this so everyone can see what kind of business these do operate. To date after writing a complaint there have been no explanation as to why Offord and Mathieson Edinburgh' answer to Burke and Hare done this and were less than honest especially Mathieson who made the denture moulds. It's a DISGRACEFUL DISGUSTING DISCRIMINATORY BUSINESS THESE TWO RUN and MATHIESON works in Glasgow too. I'm going to make it my mission to see these two held to account. I'm going to the dental regulator and the health secretary to highlight ROGUE OPERATORS who extort mo eh from people who are desperate for a solution to their dental problem. The dentist totally put me at ease and asks if you nervous at all and helps to relax you. Has a big fish tank in reception which you can watch while you wait, I find it really peaceful. Really friendly staff and good prices.
