BEWARE THEY ALWAYS SURCHARGE INSURANCE COVERAGE. Went here because a preferred provider of Ameritas. First time they do X-rays and send me a $400 bill--never said X-rays would cost me personally as not covered. Next time go for a cleaning and examine--less than 20 minutes--no issues. Get a bill for $35. The care is typical--nothing extraordinary but they surcharge everything EVEN AFTER I SENT THEM A LETTER TELLING THEM TO TELL ME IN ADVANCE OF ANY CHARGES WHICH THEY DID NOT. I have been on a 6 week roadtrip and found myself with an abcess. Cheryl Davis fit me right in on a Friday! We absolutely love Cherryll Davis, and her staff! They're all extremely friendly, and have become like a second family. After some run ins with some not so great dentists I asked friends and family who they see. I ended up here, and I cannot be happier. At my last cleaning I had a one month old infant. He started fussing, and one of the staff members held him(with permission), and kept him content while we finished up. The hygienist is gentle, but thorough. Cheryll Davis has always been great at calming my anxiety about the dentist, and is very gentle. If you start to have pain during a procedure she actually cares(unlike the majority of dentists I've seen). She's also very good at laying out how a procedure will go beforehand, and what you can expect. After many good visits with her I decided to bring my daughter in for her first cleaning. She was originally very scared to go, but after a great visit she continued to ask if she could go back everyday for almost a week. Everyone is just so kind, and positive there. My husband had the most horrible experience here. We're never going back. He said it was the most discouraging demoralizing visit he's ever had with a dentist office. After receiving numerous texts, emails and phone call reminders about his appointment, he arrived and had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. They did not use any modern equipment for cleaning teeth so we have to assume they don't have any. They made an appointment for a consult with an oral surgeon that he didn't want and told him it would cost $90 just for the consult. He has never had a dentist who was so negative.
