My girlfriends could not believe that a dentist would call me back on a Saturday. These ladies googled Dr. Holmes, what a good looking doctor. The office was on my way back home. I was there at 10:45 AM. The office was so welcoming as well as his assistance. The Hygienist was friendly and helped me relax as a stressed out patient who does not like going to the dentist. I felt they made every effort to be thorough and not rush through things while ensuring that every detail was accounted for. I've had dentists that are obviously making stuff up like an untrustworthy auto shop trying to sell you stuff you don't need. I never felt that pressure here. I already have my next appointment set up and will go in with a lot less stress knowing I will be treated with respect for my time and concerns while taking good care of my dental needs.

The whole customer service environment has changed drastically since Tammy, the office manager, was let go. We are sad about it but leaving this practice after being with them for 7 years.
