Update... Just had the flashing replaced by another company…read moreand here's what they found. BTM stated the flashing looked good...I guess he missed the couple holes in it. Guess where they were? RIGHT where the leak was coming in the house? Not sure what caused them but he missed them as they were probably the cause of the leak in the first place. Let's top that off with this little gem...they forgot to take the backing off the ice/water sheeting they put down on the cricket behind the chimney. William said he laughed when he saw that...apparently that's the norm for this company. Mission accomplished and water problem solved but a waste of $1,356 and a lot of attitude from the owner of BTM.
