I would NOT use this person and NOT refer her to any friends or potential clients. She does not return phone calls or show up for scheduled appointments. Twice I was promised and twice was where I was supposed to be and at the time to be there. First time appointment was for 11AM and at 10:35AM she changed it to 11:30AM and then at 11:41AM completely cancels and says she will have to reschedule and " not flake on me" Second time I was 20 minutes early) and she not only didn't show but never called to apologize or give any reason why. Then a third attempt after speaking with her directly was made but she never called back to even set up an appointment as she again promised she would. *********. If customers are the lifeblood of a business then being professional and showing up for the customers appointment (s) is just as vital. All in all she seems to have no regard for my time or my loss of income and does not go out of her way in ANYWAY to communicate. This place is rarely open an has no posted hours. I wanted to know this Cheryl lady and the signature style logo kept me curious until I finally walked in. Teeny and overcluttered with made in china stuff that has feathers and rhinestones glued all over it. But the reason for the low stars is not my personal style preference for unbedazzled items, but the fact that I'm still not sure what this place is. I think it is an interior design showplace but there is no information on what her qualifications or training are, although she offers interior design service. I would think that info would be posted, if she was with ASID or IDS or whatever. read more

Cheryl had done fabulous design work for a neighbor in an older home with a lot of design challenges. Then she was lead designer for a four home Holiday Tour where our home was selected. She is professional, talented, and we were delighted with the outcome. We have now retained her for more work in our home. She listens to me and my husband, which is such a delight.
